Billing

How Pro billing works.

A seat is an active member: Someone who has accepted their invitation. Pending invites are not billed, and the minimum is one seat.
Adding people: A new seat is charged right away, prorated for the rest of the billing period.
Removing people: The lower seat count applies from the next billing period.
Who can buy: Only a company owner can upgrade or cancel. Admins can see the plan; everyone else can ask an owner from inside the app.
Cancelling: Cancel any time. Pro stays active until the end of the period already paid for.
Going back to Basic: Chats and history stay. Teams are hidden and the Verified badge lapses; both return if you upgrade again.
