Know-Your-Business verification runs through Sumsub, the same provider exchanges and banks use. A company admin starts it from Settings, uploads the corporate documents, and Sumsub confirms the entity. Once approved, the Verified badge appears on your company, your people, your teams and your conversations, and it stays for as long as you are on Pro.
Doing the KYB takes real effort. That is the point: it is proof of work that says a counterparty is worth trusting, and it makes you stand out as a preferred counterparty across the network.
Nobody reaches you until you say so.
A message from outside your network arrives as a request. You see who they are and whether their company is KYB-verified before you accept, and you can decline or block them. On Pro, admins can go further and accept new conversations only from KYB-verified companies; your own company and existing chats are never affected.
