Announcing The Enclave, Presented by The Tie
Institutional Digital Assets, in the Caribbean
Over the past three days, more than 300 of the most senior leaders in institutional digital assets have gathered with us at Out East Summit on the North Fork.
The sessions have been incredible. But as always, much of the real value has happened between them: over dinner, during a wine tasting, on the golf course, and in conversations that continued long after the formal programming ended.
Since launching Out East, relationships formed at the event have driven significant business outcomes across M&A, LP/GP fundraising, and capital raises.
That is why we are launching a second invitational gathering.
From March 1–4, 2027, The Tie will bring 250 senior executives to Zel Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic for The Enclave.
The Enclave will replace our annual gathering during ETH Denver week and bring the same curation, atmosphere, and focus on meaningful outcomes that define Out East to an entirely new setting.
The industry does not need more events.
It needs more of this.
250 attendees. One private resort.
The Enclave will be limited to 250 executives across hedge funds, venture capital firms, asset managers, banks, family offices and allocators, and the founders of leading protocols.
Attendance is invitation-only and C-suite only.
At most conferences, the people you actually want to meet are scattered across hotels, side events, private dinners, and meeting suites. At The Enclave, everyone will be in one place for three uninterrupted days.
You will not need to find the right room. You will already be in it.
The entire property is ours
We have reserved the five-star Zel Punta Cana in its entirety.
Every restaurant, bar, pool, activity, and stretch of beach will be exclusively available to Enclave attendees. The experience is fully all-inclusive. Once you arrive, you will not need to pull out a credit card.
A conversation can begin over coffee, continue during lunch, and pick back up that evening at the wine bar. There will be beach parties, tennis, and a full schedule of activities throughout the three days, but very little separation between the event and the rest of the experience.
The resort is the venue.
Designed for relationships that lead to outcomes
Conferences are generally designed around attendance: more people, more stages, more meetings, and more noise.
The Enclave is being designed around outcomes.
At 250 attendees, you do not meet someone once, exchange information, and hope to reconnect weeks later. You have coffee with them Monday, dinner Tuesday, and a handshake agreement by Wednesday.
That is the environment we have worked to create at Out East. The Enclave brings it to the Caribbean.
Bring your family
We also wanted to solve one of the most difficult parts of attending an event like this: leaving your family behind for several days.
Zel Punta Cana will remain adults-only and reserved exclusively for Enclave attendees, though spouses are welcome to stay on property. For those bringing children, the connected five-star Paradisus Palma Real next door offers accommodations, kids’ programming, activities, and babysitting.
Guests staying at Paradisus will receive a wristband granting full access to all Enclave programming and events at Zel.
Three days away from the office. Zero days away from your family.
A second gathering, built on the same foundation
We are incredibly proud of what Out East has become.
The Enclave is not intended to replace it.It carries forward the same approach in a different setting and time of year: a carefully curated group of senior leaders, brought together to spend meaningful time with one another.
Out East, on the vineyard in July.
The Enclave, on the beach in March.
Attendance is by invitation only and limited to 250 executives.
