The investment bank for crypto-native issuers. Institutional execution, powered by the deepest investor network in the space.
We manage the full lifecycle of your raise: curated investor sourcing and deal structuring from start to close. We execute across traditional, token-native, and hybrid capital structures.
We conduct rigorous valuation analysis, identify and engage qualified buyers, maximize positioning and deal preparation, and manage the full process from mandate to close, maximizing value for all stakeholders.
We represent acquirers in identifying strategic targets, structuring bids, and managing diligence from end to end, delivering favorable terms through institutional-grade execution and deep market access.
We orchestrate protocol restructurings, including take-privates and recapitalizations, to remediate weak tokenomics and optimize capital structure.
We deliver compliant, confident token launches, from accurate pricing and comprehensive prospectus documentation to seamless integration with launchpads and market makers.
We structure bespoke transactions for protocols seeking strategic partnerships with leading financial institutions, including coordinated secondary and treasury transactions designed to minimize market impact.
We maintain active relationships with hundreds of venture capitalists, growth investors, and strategically motivated corporates spanning the full spectrum of the crypto ecosystem. When you engage The Tie Capital, you access a network built over a decade at the intersection of TradFi and crypto, with no parallel in the market.
Our team brings the standards and rigor of top-tier investment banking processes, refined through experience at leading and boutique institutions. We apply Wall Street discipline and a crypto-native approach to transactions without the bureaucracy that slows traditional firms down.
We've been on your side of the table. Our leadership has founded and scaled ventures, raised capital under pressure, and built teams from the ground up. That experience gives us a founder's empathy and an operator's pragmatism, ensuring our counsel is grounded in the real economics and realities of building a business, not just closing a transaction.
Decentralized blockchains, networks, and applications operating autonomously onchain.
Operating companies that build with or settle on blockchain rails.
Businesses that provide services, such as exchange, custody, transfer, or other digital asset infrastructure, on behalf of clients.
We work with the builders, operators, and institutions shaping the next era of digital finance, from protocols raising their first institutional round to established networks pursuing complex M&A and restructuring mandates.
